ATHLETE OF THE MONTH

December’s Athlete of the Month is… TORRY B!

Torry is an amazing part of our Hardware community. She never fails to crush the WOD with a huge smile on her face. She inspires everyone around her to work as hard as she does and to have a great time doing it! Plus, have you SEEN the kind of stuff she does during Sunday Open Gyms?!? Congrats, Torry! We love everything you bring to the table and we’re so grateful to have your family be a part of our family!

FREE COMMUNITY WOD

Our next FREE Community Workout will be THIS SUNDAY, December 9th at 10am! Remember that Open Gym will only be from 11am-12pm followed by Yoga at 12:30pm. Bring a loved one and let’s have some fun!

 

HARDWARE MOCK MEET

We are officially only 2 weeks away from our first-ever Mock Oly Meet! The cost is $20 to officially register and lift. Weigh-in is optional! More info can be found on our EVENTS PAGE and you can CLICK HERE TO REGISTER NOW! The meet will take place during the day on Saturday, December 15th, beginning at 10am. Get signed up and lift with your friends!

PART 1 – OVERHEAD SQUAT

  • Find a 1RM Overhead Squat with a :03 pause at the bottom
  • If you do not have the ability to healthily overhead squat to full depth with a pause, work up to a 3RM Turkish Get Up on each arm.

 

 

PART 2

 

EOMOM x 20min

 

Even Minutes: 1 Hang Squat Snatch (Start at 65%)

Odd Minutes: 35 Double Unders (scale to :40 AMRAP of jump rope)

*Score is average weight used on the snatch AND total double unders if scaling.
