HALLOWEEN COSTUME CONTEST

COMMUNITY WOD – Sunday, November 11th, 10am-11am

Our last Community WOD was so much fun that we want to make it a regular thing! Expect a community WOD on the second Sunday of each month, from 10-11am. That means our next workout will be on Sunday, November 11th. We hope to see you there with all of your friends and family!

“HARDWARE HALLOWEEN”

(TRICK OR GAINZ)

 

In this workout, Trick or Treaters will have 15min to carry their “candy buckets” to as many “houses” as possible.

 

Rx’d Candy Buckets: 35/25 Single KB or DB

RX’d Houses:

  1. 13 Bar Muscle Ups*
  2. 13 Cal Bike
  3. 13 Cal Row
  4. 13 American KB Swings (70/53)
  5. 13 Reverse Lunges on each leg with Candy Bucket held overhead

 

*Scale for House 1 is 13 Ring Rows + 13 Push Ups.

 

In order to get to a House, Trick or Treaters must travel 200m with their Candy Bucket.

 

At the call of “3, 2, 1, Go!” Trick or Treaters (ToT’s) will travel 200m with their Candy Bucket. Candy Bucket may be carried in any style as long as it is being held by the ToT’s physical body. There is no penalty for setting it down.

ToT’s may visit the Houses in ANY ORDER THEY CHOOSE. ToT’s must attempt to hit all 5 Houses before repeating a house, but may break that rule in case of equipment traffic.

Score is how many Houses are completed in the 15min plus how much extra work was done before time elapsed.
