D&B “Gender Reveal”

If you haven’t heard, two of our finest members, Darcy & Brandi, are expecting their first baby in November! Will they be welcoming a baby boy or baby girl to the family?? Join us this Sunday, 7/15, at 10:30 AM (during Open Gym) for a “Gender Reveal” WOD as we find out alongside them!  We’re so excited for these moms-to-be, and are anxiously waiting to see which workout we will be doing!

A1. Weighted Dips – 4×5

A2. Weighted Pull Ups – 4×5

***IF you got 4×5 last week, go up by 5-10lbs.***

 

If you cannot perform 5 Reps, perform 30 Reps in as few sets as possible. If you cannot do a Pull Up, ask a coach about the pull up program. If you cannot do a Dip, ask a coach about how to improve your push up.
