Starting 6/14, Thursday’s OLYMPIC LIFTING class hours will change to 6:00PM to 7:30PM. Saturday’s OLYMPIC LIFTING class will start at 11:00AM as usual, but will extend to 12:30PM.
There will be no YOGA this Sunday, 6/17.
Weighted Pull Up:
- Find a 10RM, then drop 20lbs and perform 2×10
- Find a 10RM, then drop 10% and perform 2×10
