WELLNESS CHALLENGE INFO SESSION (08/25 @ 10am)
Hardware is running a NEW and improved “Wellness Challenge” in September! We took feedback from the New Year Nutritional Challenge and applied it to a new set of guidelines to come up with a challenge that will help you build healthier strategies for eating, sleeping, exercising, recovering, and being present and mindful in your daily life.
On Sunday, AUGUST 25th, from 10-10:30am, we will be holding a short info session to lay out the challenge and answer questions. One week later, on September 2nd, the challenge begins!
