HARDWARE AT HOME

 

Today’s class is a good one for home! If you have a KB or DB, you’re set. If you don’t, try to put together an odd object that you can swing or snatch. If that’s not possible, do 20 Good Mornings in place of the 20 swings. Map out the 3 different running distances and let’s go!
