Emma’s House:

60 deadlifts

 

Kelly’s House:

40 cals

60 box jumps

60 wall balls

 

* Team of 2

* 30min to complete all 6 House’s

* Split up movements however desired. One person works at a time.

* Athlete’s can increase or decrease barbell weight as they work through each House!
