YOGA IS CANCELED THIS SUNDAY 6/17 FOR FATHER’S DAY

OLYMPIC LIFTING:

Starting 6/14, Thursday’s OLYMPIC LIFTING class hours will change to 6:00PM to 7:30PM. Saturday’s OLYMPIC LIFTING class will start at 11:00AM as usual, but will extend to 12:30PM.

 

 

 

STRENGTH

 

Back Squat:

  • Find a 10RM
  • -10% for 2×10

 

CONDITIONING:

 

BURPEE + DOUBLE UNDER LADDER

 

At the call of 3, 2, 1, GO… perform the following every minute on the minute:

GO –  1 Burpee + AMRAP Double Unders

1:00 – 2 Burpees + AMRAP Double Unders

2:00 – 3 Burpees + AMRAP Double Unders

3:00 – 4 Burpees + AMRAP Double Unders

etc.

 

This workout ends when you can no longer perform the required amount of burpees in the allotted minute… OR… when the clock reads 15:00.  Your score is both your rounds and reps of burpees AND your total double unders.
