Part 1

BACK SQUAT

  • Find a 4RM
  • Drop the weight by 15% and do 2 sets of as many reps as you can (RPE 8)

RPE means “Rating of Perceived Exertion.” In short, on a scale of 1-10, how hard were those drop sets? We want you to push it to a level 8 and stop there.

Part 2

For the next 4 weeks we will be looking to improve on the workout “ANNIE.” This means lots of double under drills and practice with extra ab work! Today is our baseline test from which we hope to improve.
