Today we will be doing our first ever Athlete of the Month WOD! Grab a partner and let’s throw down on a fun, long AMRAP in honor of Jim D.!

30min AMRAP – Teams of Two

200m Run

5 Clean and Jerks*

200m Run

 

Partners take turns completing one full round at a time. Both partners can wait outside. Partner A runs to Ravenswood and then runs back to Hardware entering through the BACK door. Once inside and masked up, they complete 5 Clean and Jerks. They then run out the FRONT door of Hardware to Ravenswood and back to Partner B. Then it’s Partner B’s turn!

 

*Level 1: 155lb Bar

*Level 2: 135lb Bar

*Level 3: 95lb Bar

*Level 4: 65lb Bar

 

 

HARDWARE AT HOME

 

10 ROUNDS – FOR TIME

200m Run*

10 Ground to Overhead with Odd Object

200m Run

 

Rest 2min after each round.

 

*Choose a distance you can run in ~1:00 or run :30 in one direction, turn around, and come back to your weight. If you have a bike or rower at home, this distance should be a hard :50 – :60 effort.
