PARK WOD:

 

In Teams of 3, complete the following 30 minute AMRAP

Partner 1: 400 Meter Run

Partner 2: AMRAP the following:

10 V-Up

10 Plate Ground to Overhead

10 Plate OH Lunge

Partner 3: Rest

 

Partners will rotate through each station to try and complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes. Partners can not transition stations until the Partner running the 400 meter is done.

The rotation goes as follows:

– Run goes to AMRAP

– AMRAP goes to Rest

– Rest goes to Run
