THE BEACH WOD IS BACK!

We will be throwing our annual Beach WOD at Hollywood Beach on Saturday, July 27th at 10am! This is one of our favorite events of the year so put it on your calendar and bring any friends or family that might be interested in working up a sweat and jumping in the lake!

Part 1

Every 4 minutes for 16 minutes, complete FOR TIME…

5 Box Jumps (30″/24″)

3 Squat Cleans (70%)

15/10 Cal Bike or 200m Run

*Score is your barbell weight and your SLOWEST round. : )

Part 2

False Grip Pull Ups or Ring Rows: 3 x 1 – 6 Reps
