OLYMPIC LIFTING:

Starting 6/14, Thursday’s OLYMPIC LIFTING class hours will change to 6:00PM to 7:30PM. Saturday’s OLYMPIC LIFTING class will start at 11:00AM as usual, but will extend to 12:30PM.
