FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
With a partner, adopt a pet turkey (20-45 lb KB, wall ball, plate, DB, etc).
Then, 25 min AMRAP of the following: *One partner works at a time, but the other partner must hold the pet turkey. Turkeys don’t touch the ground.
100 cals (switch every 10 cals)
50 deadlifts
30 push ups
50 power snatches
30 push ups
50 weighted sit ups
- If you would like to do this on your own, cut reps in half and rest as needed.
HARDWARE AT HOME
This workout is meant to be done with work and rest. If you are solo, you should cut reps in half.
