Triple 3:

Our Triple 3 Event will be held this Saturday, 5/19 @ 10AM! The Triple 3 event will run at the same time as our regular 10AM CrossFit class. All are welcome to participate (regardless of whether or not you’ve been training for the workout), and we can scale the workout as needed. There will be no group warm up, so plan accordingly. Participation is $10 and will go towards the cost of some food and drinks for after.
