New Class Time:

Beginning next Monday, 10/30 we will be adding a 5:15AM Express Class. The class will run on M/W/F.  This 45 minute class will (in most cases) offer the same conditioning featured in our other classes with a slightly modified strength or technique component. This will be a 2 month trial run to assess interest.

 Focus of Today’s Foundations:
  • Rowing
  • Rope Climbs
Conditioning (Test):

2 Rounds:

  • 3 Rope Climbs (15 Ring Rows)
  • 21 HSPU (Push Ups or Pike Push Ups)
  • 21 TTB (V-Ups)
  • 42 KBS (53/35)
  • 600m Run
