B. Ring Rows: 3 x 5-10

Conditioning (Practice):

3 Rounds:

  • ME Pull Ups (use same variation as last Friday, or a scale that will be challenging for 5-10 reps)
  • 15 Wall Balls
  • 400m Run
Mobility Extra:

SMR on Barbell: 1-3 minutes each leg (targeting hamstring)
