This Week’s Schedule Changes:

OLY:

  • Tuesday @ 7:30PM (both CrossFit and OLY will run at the same time)
  • Thursday @ 6:30PM

Saturday Classes:

  • 9AM Foundations
  • All other classes are canceled for St. Jude’s WOD

Yoga is canceled this Sunday

WOD for St. Jude’s

On Saturday August 6, 2016, we are holding a Charity WOD to benefit the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. A suggested $40 donation gets you participation in the workout followed by a party with beer, cider, and iced coffee included. The after-party will also have food, raffle prizes, and more! All proceeds will go to St. Jude.

Strength:

Back Squat: (Use TM for %)

  • 3 @ 80%
  • 3 @ 85%
  • 3+ @ 90%

0r 5×5 for those who do not have a 1RM Back Squat

Conditioning (Practice):

Part A.
EMOM for 8 minutes:

  • 5 TTB or V-Ups
  • 1 Power Clean (start at 60% 1RM)

Part B.
4 Rounds:

  • 1 min AMRAP of Double Unders
  • 1 min AMRAP of Cals on Bike or Rower
