Beach WOD!

Our 3rd Annual Beach WOD will be next Saturday, July 15th! Meet at Kathy Osterman Beach House at 10AM! All regular classes will be canceled for the Beach WOD.

New Saturday Schedule Reminder:
  • 8AM – Foundations
  • 9AM – CrossFit
  • 10AM – CrossFit
  • 11AM – Olympic Lifting/Open Gym

Conditioning (Test):

  • Double Unders
  • Sit Ups
