Reminder:

The CrossFit Open starts this week! The first workout will be announced this Thursday night, and as of now we plan to do the Open workout during classes on Saturday. If you cannot attend class on Saturday, but need to complete the open workout you may do the workout on your own (with a judge) Friday during the conditioning portion of class or Sunday during Open Gym. If you haven’t signed up yet, there is still time, just click here.

Strength:

Back Squat:

  • 10 @ +5# from last week’s 10RM
  • 10 @ 95% of 10RM
  • 10 @ 90% of 10RM
Conditioning:

4 Rounds:

  • 25 Double Unders
  • 15 Front Squats (95/65)
  • 10 HSPU

Then, 50 Burpees
(20 min cap)
