A: Find 1RM Overhead Squat

B: Back Squat 1×20 (Increase weight from last week)

 

Complete as much as possible of the following:

In 3 minutes:

  • 400m Run
  • 10 Burpees
  • Max Effort of OHS (95/65)

Rest 1 minute, then complete 2 more rounds. Your score for each round is reps of burpees and OHS completed.

 

Extra:

3 min AMRAP of double unders
